Call Issues

If calls are not connecting, start with these quick checks. Most issues are related to schedule settings or phone access.

Call Not Connecting

Check the following:

• The line is verified
• It is not during quiet hours
• Vacation mode is not active
• The schedule time is correct for your loved one’s timezone

Call Going to Voicemail

• Review the voicemail behavior setting
• Consider a different call time
• Ask your loved one to keep the phone nearby

Call Quality Problems

Call quality depends on the phone line:

• Landlines are usually clear and stable
• Cell phone signal strength matters
• Try a different room or location

Missed Calls

Ultaura retries twice within 30 minutes by default. Check Call History to see all attempts. Adjust your schedule if needed.

Loved One Wants to Stop Calls

Your loved one can opt out at any time:

• Press 9 during a call
• Or simply ask Ultaura to stop
