Managing Reminders

Reminders let Ultaura deliver short messages at specific times. They are separate from call schedules and are delivered on their own schedule.

What Reminders Are

Reminders are scheduled messages. Ultaura calls at the time you set and shares the reminder with your loved one.

Create a Reminder

1. Go to Lines and select your loved one
2. Open Reminders
3. Enter the reminder message
4. Choose the date and time
5. Set a recurrence (optional)
6. Save the reminder

Recurrence Options

You can set reminders as:

• One-time
• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Custom recurring patterns

Reminder Limits

Active scheduled reminder limits are per line and follow the active plan for that line:

• Care: Up to 5 scheduled reminders
• Comfort: Up to 10 scheduled reminders
• Family and Pay As You Go: Unlimited scheduled reminders
• Free Trial: Uses your selected trial plan's reminder limit

If you reach your limit, pause or cancel an existing reminder before adding another.

Manage Reminders

• Pause: Temporarily stops the reminder
• Snooze: Delays this reminder (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or tomorrow)
• Skip Next: Skips the next scheduled reminder
• Cancel: Ends the reminder completely

Your loved one controls what they share about reminders during calls.
