Ultaura is an AI-powered voice companion that makes friendly phone calls to your loved one. We help families stay connected through regular check-in calls, reminders, and wellness monitoring.

How Ultaura Works

You set up a schedule, and Ultaura calls your loved one at those times. During the call, our AI companion has a natural conversation, asks how they're doing, and can deliver reminders you've set up. After the call, you receive insights about how they're feeling and what they talked about.

Works on Any Phone

Ultaura works with landlines, cell phones, and everything in between. Your loved one doesn't need:

• A smartphone
• Internet access
• Any apps or downloads

If they can answer a phone call, Ultaura can reach them.

Trial Basics

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial and up to 20 call minutes per day.

If the daily cap is hit, new calls are blocked until the next day in your loved one's local timezone. In dashboard call actions, you may see a cap or access error until minutes reset or you upgrade.

What Ultaura Is NOT

We want to be clear about what Ultaura can and cannot do:

• Ultaura is NOT an emergency response service. In an emergency, always call 911.
• Ultaura is NOT a medical device. We don't monitor vital signs or provide medical advice.
• Ultaura is NOT a replacement for human care. We complement your care, not replace it.
