Ultaura collects only what it needs to support your loved one and keep you informed.

What Data Is Collected

• Call metadata (time and duration)
• Conversation insights (mood and topics)
• Memory summaries
• Safety events

Call Recordings

Recordings are optional. They require explicit consent and can be turned off at any time. When enabled, recordings are stored in encrypted form.

Data Retention Options

You can choose how long data is kept:

• 30 days
• 90 days
• 365 days
• Indefinite

Security and Privacy

All data is encrypted. Ultaura uses industry-standard security practices. Your data is never sold.

Changing Retention Settings

Go to the Privacy Center to update retention for your account and your loved one.
