Trusted Contacts

Trusted contacts are people you want to notify if Ultaura detects a serious concern. This gives you a safety net beyond your own alerts.

Trusted contacts are separate from family recipients.

• Family recipients get ongoing updates like weekly summaries and family alerts
• Trusted contacts are for urgent safety outreach only

How Trusted Contacts Work

Trusted contacts receive SMS alerts only for high-tier safety events. These are significant concerns that need attention.

Add a Trusted Contact

1. Go to Line > Contacts
2. Click Add Contact
3. Enter a name and phone number
4. Add a relationship (optional)
5. Acknowledge the consent notice
6. Click Save

What They Receive

• SMS alerts only
• Alerts only for high-tier safety events
• A brief summary of the concern

They do not receive weekly summaries or regular family update alerts.

Manage Contacts

You can view, edit, or remove contacts at any time. Add more than one if you want coverage.
